It's fun to see the new longitudinal and twisting movements albeit slow and cautious on the bed. Sambalpur and his mother must be seeing it throughout the day but I get to see it just before his night slumber.
These small movements shall give way to stomach-independent movements of the 4 limbs, one day. Don't know why but this observation saddened me because somewhere in the core of my heart I know that he is growing and doesn't want to stay a kid.

Quality time...
I get my share of distinct time with him. Now I have also grown confident of handling him. I have learnt few tricks which i have discovered amuse him. However the count of tricks has to necessarily increase because he does not get amused at times.

Durga Ashtami 2016
The first piece comes on the auspicious day of Ashtamit 2016. The day chosen could have been any day but the reason why I started the same today is because of the fact that he made his debut outside trip today.
Technically though his trips to the paediatrician every month would qualify to be trips but you know those were painful ordeals for him. He did not make much fuss in any of the pandas though he did create a scene at the coffee joint where all his 3 seniors took a small 15 mts break. It was not unjustified because we snatched his typically regular afternoon siesta and there was at least two meals which went off the regular schedule.
